Bajle's Terms & Conditions

By using the bajle.app website or the bajle app, you are deemed to have fully accepted these terms and conditions. The bajle platform is operated for entertainment purposes, and participation is entirely voluntary.

These terms and conditions constitute a legal agreement between bajle and each registered user. bajle reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

Users of bajle's services must comply with all applicable laws in Bangladesh. Any legal liability arising from a violation of such laws rests solely with the user.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account on bajle. Registering with false or misleading information may result in account termination and forfeiture of any balance at any time.

• Each individual may only register one account on bajle
• You must provide your correct name, phone number, and date of birth when creating an account
• It is the user's responsibility to keep their account password strictly confidential
• Sharing or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited
• Once registration is complete, bajle will send a verification SMS or email
• Withdrawals may be restricted until KYC verification is completed

Bajle reserves the right to reject any registration application, particularly where there is reason to believe the applicant has previously violated bajle's policies.

Bajle is strictly an adults-only platform. Anyone under the age of 18 is prohibited from creating an account, playing games, or conducting any financial transactions on bajle.

Bajle may request a copy of your National ID, passport, or birth certificate at any time to verify your age. Failure to provide the required documents within 72 hours may result in temporary account suspension.

At least one bet must be placed for each deposit made. Accounts may be reviewed if an attempt is made to withdraw deposited funds without placing any bets.

Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or engaging in any form of fraud will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings, and permanent account closure.

Certain general rules apply when placing bets on bajle. The outcome of all bets and games is considered final as determined by bajle's system.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled
• Bets may be voided due to delays in live betting
• Bajle reserves the right to void any rewards issued as a result of a technical error
• Bets will be refunded if an event is cancelled
• Bajle's own rules apply in the case of draws or incomplete matches
• Maximum payout limits apply and are set individually for each game

• If suspicious financial activity is detected
• If a user requests self-exclusion
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months)

If there is any valid balance remaining upon account closure, it will be returned through the designated process — however, balances may not be refunded if the account was closed due to a terms violation. Users may also request to close their bajle account at any time.
